TC100PI-SP,TA600PI-SP,TC600PI-EX-SP-03,TC100PI-EX-SP-03, 浪涌保护型高精度可编程热电偶温度信号输入隔离
TC100PI-SP(1进1出)、TA600PI-SP(1进2出)浪涌保护型高精度可编程热电偶温度信号输入隔离栅,接受来自现场的热电偶、mV级信号,经隔离变送输出标准的电流/电压信号到控制室的PLC/DCS等。该系列的产品输入端带浪涌保护功能,浪涌保护符合GB18802.21-2004要求。产品按IEC61326-1电磁兼容要求设计,相关指标能达工业4级水平。该系列的产品需要独立供电,输入电源电压宽(18~36VDC),能有效避免由于电源输入不稳定而造成的低压信号驱动能力不足或是高压器件损坏,且带电源反相保护功能。
TCx00PI-SP为智能化的产品:
1. 带冷端温度自动补偿功能;
2. 具有在线故障自诊断功能,能通过输出异常信号及面板红色LED指示灯进行温度超限报警和断线报警;
3. 带有数字总线接口,采用通用的RS485物理接口及标准的Modbus-RTU工业总线协议,方便客户实现现场检测系统的数字化联网;
4. 可兼容多种常规热电偶传感器及mV信号输入,且量程可调(通过专用软件及数字电缆编程),灵活的输入选择和输出形式能满足不同应用场合的不同需求。
