2,ACL380 surface resistance tester adopts the ASTM standard D-257 parallel electrode sensor method, which is convenient to test the conductive type, electron-static charge type and insulating type surface.

3.Usage: Put the tester on the surface of the object to test the surface resistance of the object, then press the red button of TEST ,the continuous shining LED will display the surface impedance level; The way test the grounding resistance: Plug the ground wire to the ground socket, by this way can insulate the test electrode of tester’s right part (the same side of the socket, then connect the alligator clip to the ground wire and put the test on the surface of the object, press the button of TEST, the the continuous shining LED will display the surface impedance level, the unit of the measured value is ohm.

calibration method of the ACL-380 Surface Method: Calibration Interval: The calibration interval of the ACL-380 tester is annual, it adopts the decade resistance box, connect across the standard measuring voltage between the two parallel electrodes to test the impedance value. Parameters: Measuring Voltage:9V, temperature range: working humidity 5 ℃ to 49 ℃; Storage Temperature: -15 ℃ to 60℃; RH: 0％ to 90％(non-condensing state); Measuring Degree：10 orders of magnitudes; Transition point: 1/2 level logarithm; Precision of the transition point: ±1/2 level; Precision: ±10％; Repeatability: ±5％.

ACL-380 surface resistance tester calibration steps: The ACL-380 tester adopts 1% ultra-thin membrane resistance and high-speed amplifying circuit, the calibration of the calibration steps is based on the product’s linear technology. The linear value of the transition point is the ±10％ of the mid-value(mean value per unit) of each measurement file.
